DE RICA TOMATO PUREE paste is a thick, rich sauce made by simmering tomatoes to remove excess water, then straining out the seeds and skins. Derica is made from vine-ripened tomatoes simmered with salt and spices; it's great in chilli, soups, and stews. We use tomato concentrate to make it thick and luscious. From a perfect blend of freshly harvested tomatoes under a very high standard of quality control and made from a unique blend of choicest ingredients drawn from different regions of the world.
